Samantha herrick, M.S., CCC-SLP
Samantha Herrick has experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in pediatrics for over 7 years in various settings. She received her Masters degree in Communication Disorders at William Paterson University and began her career in the public school system. From there she has had experience in specialized schools, Early Intervention, Acute Inpatient, Outpatient, home care and now private practice. She describes her therapy approach as, “Fun and functional. Children should have no idea that they are ‘working’, the objective is to build confidence through positive experiences and play”. Samantha has recently become a Mom of 2 under 2, and is enjoying the happy chaos of balancing raising two children and her career.
Jenna hudson, M.A.T., Special educator
Jenna Hudson has worked in early childhood education for over 10 years. She received her Masters of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in Early Childhood Special Education from Montclair State University and has worked in a variety of public school settings as well as the NJ Early Intervention system. Her favorite part of working with the 0-5 population is seeing the dramatic developmental changes in such a short window of time. “Seeing that little light turn on is worth all of the hard work,” she says. Outside of education, she loves spending time with her husband and one year old daughter, working in her garden, and being creative in the kitchen.
